Gerry is a licensed real estate broker in NH and ME.  Gerry has been providing commercial Sales and Leasing services in the Seacoast area for the past six years.  Specialising in Office, Retail and investment properties, Gerry can also assist sellers and buyers with the 1031 Exchange process, and building your retirement wealth through Real Estate with your IRA account.

Gerry is an active member of the following organizations:
NH Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS (serving as a Director), NH Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS,  Maine Association of REALTORS, and York County Council of REALTORS.
He is also actively involved in his local community, being an active member of the Newmarket Business Association (Past President), Newmarket Economic Development Committee (Member), Newmarket Advisory Heritage Commission (Current Chair),  and the Newmarket Zoning Board of Adjustment.
